An immersive garden is one you experience from the inside.
When we wanted to design our own immersive garden the advice wasn’t so easy to come by.
So we planted thousands of plants, observed, adjusted and learned. We built a sequence of steps and a way of thinking, that we’re now ready to share.
The Immersive Garden Guide will guide you through creating your own garden - one block at a time. By the end you will know how to break a space into workable units, where to put your paths, and what you need to think about before you buy plants.
The Jewel Garden is a detailed design plan based on the principles of the Immersive Garden.
Whether you plant this garden as is, or use this guide as a real life example of an Immersive Garden, it’s intended as a complement to the guide.
